Ανακοινώθηκαν οι 100 καλύτερες εταιρείες της Ευρώπης για το 2009 αναφορικά με το εργασιακό τους περιβάλλον.
Συνολικά οι ελληνικές εταιρείες επιτυγχάνουν την πρωτιά και στις 2 λίστες, ενώ έλαβαν και τα 2 από τα 5 ειδικά βραβεία!
Η βράβευση των εταιρειών και η απονομή των βραβείων έγινε την Τετάρτη 20 Μαΐου στο Congress Casino Baden της Αυστρίας, με συμμετοχή περισσοτέρων των 300 εκπροσώπων των βραβευθέντων εταιρειών από όλη την Ευρώπη. Οι ελληνικές εταιρείες αντιπροσωπεύθηκαν σε υψηλότατο επίπεδο και υπήρχε έντονο το ελληνικό χρώμα.
Οι διακρίσεις αναλυτικότερα:
Κατηγορία πάνω από 500 εργαζόμενους:
- Microsoft Hellas: 1η θέση στη λίστα των βραβευμένων εταιρειών με πάνω από 500 εργαζόμενους, μαζί με τις Microsoft άλλων 15 Ευρωπαϊκών χωρών.
- Coca Cola 3E: Ειδικό βραβείο Υπερηφάνειας στην εργασία, 18η θέση στη λίστα των εταιρειών με πάνω από 500 εργαζόμενους.
Κατηγορία 50 έως 500 εργαζόμενους:
- Piscines Ideales: 1η θέση στη λίστα των βραβευμένων εταιρειών με 50 έως 500 εργαζόμενους.
- Cisco Hellas: 4η θέση στη λίστα των εταιρειών με πάνω από 500 εργαζόμενους μαζί με τις Cisco άλλων 11 Ευρωπαϊκών χωρών.
- Bristol- Myers Squibb: Ειδικό βραβείο Αξιοπιστίας της Διοίκησης και 10η θέση στη λίστα των εταιρειών με 50 - 500 εργαζόμενους.
Υπενθυμίζεται ότι η ευρωπαϊκή λίστα περιλαμβάνει 100 εταιρείες εκ των οποίων οι 50 ανήκουν στην κατηγορία με πάνω από 500 εργαζόμενους και οι 50 στην κατηγορία των εταιρειών με 50-500 εργαζόμενους.
Επίσης σε 5 εταιρείες απονέμονται τα ειδικά βραβεία του Great Place to Work® τα οποία αντιστοιχούν στις βασικές διαστάσεις του μοντέλου αξιολόγησης: Στον Σεβασμό στον εργαζόμενο, στην Αξιοπιστία της Διοίκησης, στη Δικαιοσύνη στις αμοιβές, στην Υπερηφάνεια για την εργασία και στη Συντροφικότητα με τους συναδέλφους.

Η λίστα με τις 20 Επιχειρήσεις με το Καλύτερο Εργασιακό Περιβάλλον στην Ελλάδα για το 2009 συντάχθηκε από το Great Place to Work® Institute Hellas σε συνεργασία με το ALBA Graduate Business School και δημοσιεύτηκε στην εφημερίδα ΤΟ ΒΗΜΑ της Κυριακής, Χορηγό Επικοινωνίας της Έρευνας, στις 5 Απριλίου 2009. Η λίστα Best Workplaces 2009 χωρίζεται στις 10 καλύτερες εταιρείες με 50 έως 250 εργαζόμενους και στις 10 καλύτερες εταιρείες με πάνω από 250 εργαζόμενους.
